Rivers passing by, Yangtze and Han

The sky and rivers turn more turbid every year

 

After working for a whole day

Touching

Hands slide into the wind

The green-gray wind from where the two rivers meet

Walked towards Longwang Pavilion

Shaggy clouds, clear sky at twilight

 

On Qingfen Street

The infants are calmed by the heat in the air

The old men comfortable in long sleeve tops

Wake up and fall asleep to the water sounds

 

For numerous years

Waves roll back with pulling

and runs eastwards along with the ship

Business expands by the dock

 

Beside the East lake

You found me, and I found me too

My favorite body of water

We woke up and fell asleep to the water sounds

 

A place called Lingbo Gate

Lingbo means walking upon the waves

“It is a beautiful name,” you said

I agree

 

What is the difference between today and tomorrow

Anyone who earns it

Knows well that time passes like the river

A person can only grab the present
